Booking Process -We are so excited to make your next event magical! First, fill out our booking form! Our team will be in contact within 24 hours to confirm our availability.​ We typically reach out via text. Please make sure to provide the best phone number for you that accepts texts. If our text does not go through, we will reach out via email to you.

To reserve your character(s) with us, we require 50% of the total payment be paid online with a payment link we provide! The remaining half of the total is then due no later than 24 hours before your event date. Handling payment beforehand will make for an easy, money-free, character experience on the day of your event! Feel free to email us with any questions at goldentiaraparties@gmail.com. 

 

Activities - Please advise on the booking form notes (or email us) if you have specific requests or to discuss customizing your package in any way. Our packages are fully customizable! Please let us know if you have any special requests (for example: would like our characters to do a singalong performance, help with presents, or anything in particular you have in mind to make your party as magical as possible! 

 

Pool Parties: Face painting during pool parties may be replaced with princess makeovers or temporary tattoos at the discretion of the performer. Face painting during pool parties runs the risk of getting into children's eyes while swimming which can cause eye infection. Face painting may be eliminated and replaced with another activity instead. 

We recommend booking one of our swimming mermaids or multiple mermaids for pool parties as they are better able to entertain children during pool parties and are able to fully swim with children as well, a truly magical experience! Travel- Travel fees may apply for distances over 20 miles from our location.

 

Child Party Limit- One character may entertain 7-10 children for 60 minutes. For larger parties, we recommend booking additional characters or booking the 90 and 120 minute packages.

Trading Shows and Other Meet & Greet Events/Celebrations - Our characters would be delighted to enhance your event! From business grand openings, to networking events, weddings, conventions, and competitions, our mermaids are a great addition and surprise to any venue! They are fun, interactive, and loved by all ages. Feel free to email us for character inquiries over 2 hours.
